Our Philosophy
For most consumers the purchase or sale of real estate is one of the most important financial transactions that they will make in a lifetime.
The proper choice of a REALTOR is critical in terms of protecting the client's investment and interests. We always recognize that first and foremost we represent our clients, and that it is our duty to properly advise them on all aspects concerning the buying or selling of real estate, as well as to negotiate contracts for the financial well-being of those whom we represent.
Our Background
We have lived in the Santa Clarita Valley for more than 37 years, and have watched it grow from a small community of 60,000 residents to a rapidly developing suburban city of more than 158,000 people. Our 5 children have all gone through the excellent local school system and have each graduated from a 4-year college.
Becki has been affiliated with the dental field for over 25 years, and Roger has been a professor of Sociology and Anthropology at College of the Canyons since 1970. We have both been actively engaged in real estate since 1988, and have found that our vocational interests have nicely complimented one another. Our varied interests have helped keep us from single job "burn-out", and we take great pride in being able to handle several careers at one time. As of the summer of 2007 we have both retired from our respective jobs in dentistry and education and now we are pleased to expand our real estate activities.
We have been ranked in the "Top 25" for Outstanding Sales Achievement at Realty Executives Santa Clarita, have been honored with membership in the Realty Executives 100% Club for top production in the sales and listing of real estate, and have consistently earned quarterly awards in both of these categories.
Our Expertise
In our professions that deal with dentistry and education there is a need for exactness, attention to detail, and an ability to deal with a wide variety of people. We have been able to transfer these skills to our real estate business, and they are responsible for much of the success that we have achieved. Explaining highly technical material in a clear and understandable manner is a part of our daily routines, and this approach is extended to translating the language of real estate contracts for our clients.
In our team approach to dealing with clients, Becki brings forth her talents in interior and exterior home and landscaping design, while Roger handles the details of property value analysis and contract negotiation. Together, we feel that we can give our clients sound advice on both the business side of the transaction and also explore the esthetic aspects of a property and make suggestions concerning its potential.
Our Special Programs
We offer two special programs for the buying or selling of real estate--one designed for individuals who are employed by a public agency, such as law enforcement, the fire department, or the field of education. The other program allows us to make substantial donations to tax-exempt organizations for client referrals.
